I have been interested in music since I was 6 years old. I love to sing all the time. My father is very musical and loves to sing and play instruments and my mother was a very gentle soul who was sensitive and kind.
We often had spiritual experiences together, which seemed to be linked to our telepathic abilities. I believe that having these two wonderful people as my parents helped me to become a spiritual singer.

I was fortunate to be given a grant to attend the Italia Conti Stage School where I learnt how to perform to the public.
I performed in lots of little shows and sang on albums. I loved it! Going to Italia Conti really helped me to develop my singing techniques however it was not until much later in my life that I really understood the power of sound. A few years later I went to university to take a performing arts degree.

After university I travelled around Italy where I taught English through drama and singing with a theatre group called Theatrino. On my return to England I started to work at a crystal shop where I met so many interesting therapist. I soon became interested in alternative therapy and how I could contribute to helping others. It was not long after this that I discovered that spiritual music was my pathway.

I was working in the shop one day when I was asked if I would like to audition for a band. I was delighted and said yes immediately. This band helped me to experiment with my vocals and gave me the confidence I needed. I soon began to connect to my true sound. This band soon parted and it was time for the birth of something new. I continued to play with one of the guitarist from the old band. John Tobin and I played for a while and soon songs were writing themselves I knew then that Maya was about to be born. Bernie Devine was not far behind he (I am sure) was sent by the Angels, the trio was created, forming a perfect triangle. Little miracles were appearing everywhere. We were honoured to make our first album with Paradise Music. We were invited to the studio after we had been seen by one of the producers. He believed in us and above all he was a gentle spiritual soul. I had prayed for this person and I believe my prayers had been answered. Maya is now creating a second album, which will include percussionist Ricky who I believe was also sent by the Angels.

These experiences in my life have led me in one direction and that is my present goal. Make music to help us to UNITE.
